Re-Charge is a fully funded residential reflection and conversation space to Ministers in their 10th – 12th(ish) year of ministry.
It offers an opportunity for each participant to reflect on Ministry and vocation as it stands and consider questions about ongoing call, gifts and graces and what next in Ministry. It will provide a mix of small group conversation spaces, personal reflection time, led thinking and of course chance to pray and worship together. This space does offer a chance to re-group and re-charge, amongst other things, but is not a retreat in the accepted sense. It is a place where new ideas and thinking time can be mixed with a chance to pause and reflect alone/with others in a similar phase of ministry. The aim is to provide time and space for ministers to reflect on the past, and/in the present for the sake of the future.
Re-Charge will be held next between 4-6 November 2025 at Yarnfield Park and will be facilitated by a number of experienced colleagues led by Kristie Eve, a Learning and Development Officer in the Connexional team.
Re-Charge booking will be managed through Eventbrite and open after Easter 2025 and ministers are asked to contact their District Chair and discuss how best to get involved if they are interested. There are a limited number of spaces available and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Bookings are here: Re-Charge. 4-6 November 2025, Yarnfield Tickets, Tue, Nov 4, 2025 at 10:30 AM | Eventbrite
