The Methodist Church in Britain can be found in the city, countryside and at the coast.
Those called to lead this church as ordained ministers, are a prayerful, resilient, imaginative, diverse and exciting group of people with a range of gifts, graces and experiences to take initiative, to collaborate and empower.
Are you feeling that God might be calling you to ordained ministry? However undefined that call may be, now is the time to discover more about that by applying for ‘Discerning Ordained Vocation 1’ (DOV1).
This gives you support and tools to help you to discern with God whether this is the path for you.
You are not making a commitment at this stage – but the church will give you the support you need in order to make an informed decision.
The application period is January 1 to March 31.
