As Christians we’re called to seek God’s justice. Justice that enables everyone, and all creation, to flourish. Justice that removes everything that diminishes people, that oppresses or exploits them. Justice that enables us all to grow in relationship with each other and with God.

Micah 6:8Methodists around the country are actively seeking a more just world, supporting people experiencing hardship, being alongside those seeking sanctuary, campaigning for change, building stronger communities, supporting global justice. But in a time of change for our Church and our world, where should we go next?
The Methodist Conference report, A Justice-seeking Church, reaffirms the Methodist Church’s long-standing commitment to be a justice-seeking Church. It sets a framework to help Methodists’ and churches’ approach to justice over the next five years.

This framework aims to help you to reflect on what you’re called to do where you are. These pages are just a starting point, to help you explore the framework of a Justice Seeking Church, and work out what might help you in your context.
