The Methodist Church is committed to the full participation of all age groups and the use of people’s skills and talents. The reality, however, does not always match the ambition. This is often because of age-related assumptions by individuals, and/or the traditional ways of doing things not respecting and meeting the needs of different generations. How can you seek to fully respect and work across all the age-groups?
