We all approach learning and studying differently. Some people have 'additional needs' - anyone who needs that extra bit of additional support to be able to demonstrate their skills and understanding. This may be in the form of such things as extra tutor/mentor support, different ways of being assessed, specific computer programmes and resources (assistive technology), or physical help. This could be short term, to get started with the course, or it could be longer term.
Here you will find a link to download our 'Additional Needs Guide', detailing ways in which the course aims to be user-friendly for people with additional needs. You might also like to take a look at the videos, in which several students with additional needs talk about how they have overcome the challenges of the course.
