The general guidance in Step 6 applies equally to partnership projects but we wish to emphasise the importance of communication within the partners, the stakeholders and those who make the final decisions. During this step, it is good to be aware of how a partnership might affect tendering. Be sure to have good communication on what is required and on the budgets as well as who makes the final decision. This exercise is also applicable to the wider design team, how the project is managed and the final costings.
