Important Update:  Due to the current restrictions brought about by the Covid 19 virus the Pensions Office at Methodist Church House is following Government recommendations and, where possible, staff are working from home.  If you have a query or require assistance regarding pension matters, please email the Pensions Team.  Staff will respond as soon as is reasonably practicable.  However, despite best efforts to continue to conduct business as usual, it is regrettable that turnaround times may be longer than usual.   Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.  We ask only that you empathise with the situation at these unusual times. 

Certificates of Existence :  We are mindful of the present circumstances and are conscious that some individuals will not be able to obtain an authorised signature for the Certificate of Existence, nor will they be able to return the form electronically.  Hence we emphasise that we had already extended the response time to mid November 2020.  We will be sending reminder letters during September to those who have not responded.
