We are looking for new people to join our growing community of staff and volunteers, who make up our brilliant 3Generate Delivery Team.

Why you should consider volunteering...

  • Join a team of 250+ people, living out their discipleship in an exciting way.
  • Play your part in a vibrant event that transforms and inspires everyone involved.
  • Use your skills - and develop new ones!
  • Encourage and equip the younger generation of the Methodist Church.
  • Meet new people, have fun and be welcomed into the 3Generate family.

"Going to 3Generate is like having an energy boost! To see so many Methodist young people in one place is just amazing."

Something to suit everyone...

There is a whole range of ways you can get involved, from supporting children and young people in the venues to admin support at the event, and from helping with set-up and pack-down to stewarding during the weekend. The many different roles you can apply for at 3Generate split into three types:

  • Engage teams (Venue) who work within each of the venues to help children and young people engage with the 3Generate programme.
  • Care teams who are focused on supporting children, young people and their leaders throughout the event, this includes the Roving Youth Team and Village Hosts.
  • Help teams (Operational) that include customer service roles such as reception, stewarding and also practical roles such as set-up and take-down.

Is God nudging you to get involved? Find out more about the different roles available through the links below.

*3Generate weekend we will have a special volunteer stream for young adults, enabling them to socialise and share fellowship with each other.
