While YAMPS offers paid, longer-term placements that function like entry‑level ministry or mission roles, YAMPS Engage is a complementary pathway offering short-term, voluntary, project-based placements focused on exploration, experimentation, confidence building and first steps into mission.
A helpful way to think about it:
- YAMPS Engage = “come and see”
- YAMPS = “come and serve”
