3Generate Forms, FAQs and Policies

Please use this form to share details of your leaders' Safer Recruitment, including DBS and Safeguarding Training. Once completed, please upload to the Group Co-ordinator section of EventsAir by 8th September.

Any 18 year-olds coming as part of a group must complete this form.

Consent forms to be signed by the parents of your group's children and young people. Please note these are for use within your group, and do not need to be sent to the 3Generate team.
