We are so excited to welcome you as a member of the 3Generate 2026 Delivery Team. We hope, if you are currently reading this, that you have already signed up! Below is a full list of everything you will need to do between now and the start of 3Generate.
Community Commitment
Everyone who attends 3Generate will need to ensure they have read and understood our 3Generate Community Commitment. This is one way we ensure 3Generate is a place of faith, community and hope, where everyone feels safe, welcomed, respected and able to be themselves.
Registration
All members of the Delivery Team are required to register officially, even if you are coming as part of your role in an organisation (All We Can, Uniformed Groups, etc.). This ensures we are aware of everyone who is on site and can verify everyone has followed the necessary safeguarding procedures.

Training
All members of the Delivery Team are required to complete the following training:
Foundation Safeguarding Training, completed in the last 4 years (certificate dated on or after 2/10/2022
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training. This will be delivered online (and recorded) in September by a member of the Connexional Team as part of our Delivery Team briefing day. Details of this will be shared with all members of the Delivery Team shortly.
DBS
All members of the Delivery Team require an Enhanced DBS issued either on or after 2/10/2021 (if obtained from a Methodist organisation) or 2/10/2024 (if obtained from an external organisation).
If you are on the update service, you will be able to share these details on our registration form.
WhatsApp Community
Once again we have a WhatsApp Community for all members of the Delivery Team, with specific groups for each team at 3Generate. This is a great way to get general information about the event, and connect with your fellow team members before and during the event. It is not a requirement to join the community, but we strongly encourage it!
