Training for new superintendents

The dates for the 2026 programme are as follows:
 

Introductions:           22 January 2026

Day 1:                        9 February 2026: Called to lead and knowing your strengths 

Day 2:                        10 February 2026: A deeper understanding of yourself and your new role

Day 3:                        5 March 2026: Conflict Resolution

Day 4:                        14 April 2026: Reflective Line Management 

Day 5:                        7 May 2026: Administration

Day 6:                        16 June 2026: Shaping a worship and working culture

Day 7:                        7 July 2026: Complaints and Safeguarding

Day 8:                        22 September 2026: Listening for God        

Day 9:                       19 November 2026: Enabling Mission & Evangelism

Day 10:                      8 December 2026: Media Training

Please note that Day 1 & 2 will be residential dates at Cliff College. All others will be online morning sessions with the exception of line management training on 14 April 2026, which is a full day online event"
