Holy Week in a Box: On the Saturday, everything was so still you could almost hear the earth breathe. There was nothing that could be done. Holy Saturday is a waiting day. Place a tea-light by your box as a way of showing that you are waiting.
Wonder together: What might it have been like for the women watching and waiting at the tomb? How do you feel when you have to wait?
Pray: Lord God as we wait today, all hope seems lost: Jesus is dead. Help us to know you are near us today and that there is hope as we put our faith in you. Amen
