Presbyters are called by God to lead the church in mission with a particular focus on God’s word, presence (sacrament) and love (pastoral responsibly).

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20

• What does church at the ‘market place’ look like to you? It might be a literal market place with a stall offering hot cross buns at Easter and free gift-wrapping service at Christmas, or something else...
• The ‘market place’ can also be called the ‘public sphere’. Which public sphere are you called to? Politics and governance, health, education, housing, your own street or block?
• What are the marks of an inclusive and just church?

• In what ways does your church offers spiritual accompaniment in ‘such a time as this'?
• Are you called to join in with that?
• Do you have a vision for new possibilities?
