Supporting faith at home
Social distancing at home - a guide for young people
Finding things to do while you are at home might feel difficult, but here’s a little guide for young people that they might find helpful to get them into a rhythm of living. You could email it to them, or print off and post to them. If it is appropriate for your group you could ask them to journal or note down what they have been doing under the four different headings, noting any good resources they want to tell others about, and how doing it has made them feel. Referring to this in weekly Zoom calls could offer some structure that young people may find helpful. (You might find it helpful for yourself too!) You may want to set your youth group a challenge to choose one of the ideas and all do it at the same time, or in the same week, so that you could talk about it when you meet virtually.
And some extra help:

Why not encourage your children and young people to try a Take Time meditation - always a popular activity at 3Generate - using their imaginations to meet with God.
The Boys Brigade has launched its #BBatHOME programme, which is open to all - regardless of whether they are BB members or not.
