A pioneer is someone able to imagine what a new Christian community could be and turn it into reality.

Pioneers build relationships and teams to start new Christian communities that reach those not currently part of the Church.

No two pioneers are the same, but they share a passion for connecting with new people and creating new Christian communities where others can encounter God’s love for the first time. We invite you to explore whether you might be called to pioneer.

Is God calling YOU to pioneer?

Are you a pioneer?

Are you a self-starter?

Maybe you’ve been motivated to initiate new things – in church, in your community or in business.

Are you a visionary?

Can you imagine what a new Christian community might be for people not connected to an existing church or religion?

Are you a team-builder?

Perhaps you thrive working within teams of people. Could you effectively build a team to bring this vision to life?

Do you enjoy connecting with others?

Are you deeply connected to your community and to God? Are you passionate about people?

Do you feel called to the edge?

Even though you’re committed to the Church, do you often find yourself pulled towards people not connected or on the margins?

Pioneers are often at ease speaking about their faith, committed to noticing those who are missing or excluded and willing to take risks and make mistakes. Pioneers are passionate about introducing people to Jesus.
