Group Verification form
Quick Note
Group Verification forms must be completed by the Group Leader. It is essential that any adult bringing children holds a current DBS check, including a barred list check. This verification will be recorded in the Main Group Leader's 'iKnow Church' profile, specifically in the task form on their page.
