Both Headspace and Calm are offering free resources to help with managing anxiety and regulating emotion. In particular, from Calm are some exercises that you can do to help relax your body, including this evening wind-down.
Young Minds offers lots of useful resources, including a Wellbeing Advent calendar that counts down to the Christmas holidays with suggestions to help children and young people look after their mental health. The 2020 edition is yet to be released but calendars from two previous years are available - you don't even have to wait for Advent to try some of the suggestions.
